Results are in!
Every participant shall be provided with an event bib number and QR codes, (by Email or on the day), which shall be conspicuously worn on the front during the event. The event bib number is to be worn as issued. No participant shall be permitted to participate in the event without the appropriate bib number and not transfered.
Baby joggers, baby strollers and wheelchairs can't safely negotiate this particular trail route and therefore are not permitted. Participants must begin the event at their official recognized starting times and in the interests of safety, slower or younger runners should start at the back of their group.
Participants should assemble close behind the Start Line Box and warm up, 5 minutes prior to their run starting. Participants shall then proceed to the Start Line Box. All participants must be positioned behind the Starting Line when starting and hand over their 'Start Tag' QR code to the starting Marshal(s) on request if being timed.
On completing the event, please allow the Marshal(s) to scan your Bib QR code if you wish your run time to be recorded. Then keep moving past the Finish Line to make space for following runners. Completed run times will be published on the web site 24 hours after the event closes, allowing time for data verification and processing.
Event officials reserve the right to delay, cancel, alter the route or suspend the event due to unsafe running conditions or severe emergencies in accordance with Emergency Protocols. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
You are welcome to bring your own camera/phone. If you would like photographs of you on the course, please ask family or friends to take some for you. There will be publicity photographs taken on the day for promoting this and future events and your participation is taken as agreement to this.
Personal data provided on application forms will only be used in the event of an emergency such as injury or lost persons on the day of the event and by the organisers who reserve the right to contact you via email regarding future similar events.
All entrants under 16 must be suitably supervised at all times by their Parent/Guardian.
Friendly dogs are welcome but they must be kept on a lead and under full control at all times, and you must pick-up!
If entering as a team, we must receive 4 or more online applications and payments under that one same team name before the closing date. Unfortunately we cannot enter teams on the day. The 4 or more team members can be of any age and do not have to run at the same time. For timings, we will take the average time of all team members.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner during their participation in the event. This means, for example but not exclusively, that littering or urinating anywhere on or near the course shall be strictly prohibited, except where facilities are provided. Anyone violating this rule of conduct may be disqualified from this and future events and asked to leave the course by a Marshal.
